20/20 refer getting Lasik (SEE what I did there.) It’s officially been 1 whole year and I can’t say enough what an incredible experience it’s been. Waking up for the first time with perfect vision is one of the best feelings in the world. No fumbling around for glasses to see the time, no messing with contacts, no dry/itchy/irritated eyeballs. Just perfect vision. As parents we often forget to take care of ourselves because we’re too busy taking care of little people, but if you do anything for yourself, this should be it. The only thing I would do differently if I could go back, is do it much sooner in life.
