He then earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. His extensive training continued with a transitional year internship at Tripler Army Medical Center, followed by an Ophthalmology residency at Madigan Army Medical Center, where he excelled as Chief Resident.
Dedicated to providing top-notch care, Dr. Ballard further specialized through a fellowship at Colorado Children’s Hospital, honing his skills in pediatric eye care.

Dr. Roberts was great during surgery! They took me at a easy pace when I needed it!
My vision was -7! I’d been using glasses since I was as 6 years old. I had the procedure done yesterday and I’m eternally grateful to Dr. Weltman, Dr. Roberts, Natalia, and the entire staff.
