Great customer service, they super nice, even with my nervousness.
Best experience! I went months debating if I should have the surgery done now I wish i would have done it years ago. The staff is AMAZING! Ingrid was so knowledgeable and was able to help me relax. To say I was nervous about the whole situation was an understatement. The moment I walked in I was welcomed and treated like family. If your debating if you should get the lasik eye surgery done I say DO IT!
I had my consultation on 1/3/2025, everybody in the office was extremely nice and provided me with all the information I needed. I scheduled my Lasik eye surgery on 1/10/2025. It was the best decision. Everyone made me feel extremely comfortable and I was never nervous. Dr. January did the procedure, and as I was going through the procedure they talked me through everything that was happening, plus playing music in the background, which Dr. January was singing along with the music. It was great! When i was finished (in 7 minutes), I went home to sleep and when i woke up I could see. What a way to start off my 2025. This was a great investment. And although I haven't experienced it long, I am so pleased so far with the outcome. I just want to thank Dr. January, Cindy, Sabrina, and the rest of the team for everything that you did to make my experience so well worth it.

Recommend 10 out of 10. Staff and doctors are very friendly. Process was simple and everything was explained how it would happen so there were no surprises
