Dr. Anjali Patel has been working as an optometrist since 2006 upon graduating from The University of Alabama School of Optometry. During her career, she has developed expertise in primary eye care, including the managing and diagnosing of ocular disease, contact lens fitting, the assessment of binocular vision and the pre- and post-operative management of refractive surgery patients, including LASIK and PRK.

The entire team at LASIK plus is so amazing! From the consultation till my post op appt. They all made my process easy and comfortable. I have really bad astigmatism and was declared legally blind over 20 yrs ago. I had the monovision procedure and was instantly able to see. I’m one day post op and my vision is already better. I put this off for years due to fear and now I’m upset because it was a walk in the park. Best decision I have ever made. Glad I chose LASIK plus Cobb Galleria team to care for my precious vision!
I was nervous prior but on the day of the of the procedure and even at the day of, all my questions were answered by Dr. Smith. I was even allowed to hold a teddy bear during the procedure.
