Yes. LasikPlus centers are resuming operations on a market-by-market basis once it is safe to do so and there are no applicable restrictions (for example, stay-at-home orders) in your local area. As of May 4th, we began opening centers in selected markets. Please check our website for updates on center reopenings!

Should I bring a face mask when I come to LasikPlus?
Yes, we strongly encourage patients to bring their own face mask.
What if I’m having cold or flu-like symptoms? Should I still come to the LasikPlus center?
If you have recently experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms (such as fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, loss of smell or taste, or difficulty breathing), please do not come to the center. Call us at 866-953-0829 to reschedule your appointment.
What if I have an emergency related to my LASIK procedure?
If you are experiencing an emergency related to your LASIK procedure, please call 1-800-252-2434 and our customer service team will connect you with one of our LasikPlus doctors.
Are LasikPlus centers closed?
No. We are resuming operations on a market-by-market basis as it is safe to do so and governmental authorities lift any applicable restrictions (for example, stay-at-home orders).
Can I still schedule a free LASIK exam?
Yes, you can call 866-953-0829 to schedule a consultation. Please note that your consultation date may be subject to change depending upon the duration of restrictions in your local area due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Is my Lifetime Advantage Plan still in effect?
Yes. If you elected to receive a Lifetime Advantage Plan in connection with your LASIK procedure, LasikPlus will continue to honor the Lifetime Advantage Plan.
