Dr. Sarah Scalley's Bio and Credentials
Dr. Scalley graduated from Toronto High School in 2002 as valedictorian of her class. She went on to attend Otterbein College where she graduated cum laude and with honors in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Life Science. She then went on to study optometry at The Ohio State University and received her Doctor of Optometry Degree in June 2011. Prior to working in LASIK, Dr. Scalley had been in private practice for 10 years treating a wide variety of ocular conditions with an interest in refractive surgery co-management and specialty contact lenses. She has over 9 years of experience as a co-managing refractive surgery doctor and has officially been with the LCA Vision team since 2021.
Dr. Scalley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, knitting, crocheting, and baking. She also enjoys traveling and watching game shows with her fiancé. Dr. Scalley, along with most of her family, has had the pleasure of having LASIK. They all agree it has been a wonderful, life-changing experience. Dr. Scalley loves helping people to be able to see when they first open their eyes every morning and helping them to be free of glasses and contact lenses for their daily activities and hobbies.

I had my surgery a month ago. I had PRK on my right eye and lasik on the left one. No pain at all. The clinic staff was incredibly professional, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Whether you go with LASIK or PRK, you're in good hands if you choose this team.

The only thing I would change through this whole process is that I wish I had come to see the amazing people at LasikPlus sooner! The absolute best staff and doctor. The entire process was easy and everyone helped answer every one of my questions. I found the overall process to be so much easier than I originally thought. Amazing experience the team came together made me feel very comfortable and they walked me through the entire process they set me up on plan to pay for procedure provided me medicine I was anxious but when I came in for procedure very welcoming and made me comfortable and walked me through every step told me what they were doing and instantly soon as I sat up I could see the feeling was like no other that was a experience like no other painless and little to no recovery time I went home slept 5 hours and woke up I could see everything I could see things that I couldn’t even see with my glasses they provided me with all my after care and all the drops and probiotics needed and I would do it again very easy and it’s worth every dollar now I can wear my shades lol and do things I couldn’t do with my glasses lasik 100/10 if you have any doubts coming in for first appt took away all doubt once they showed me how clear I would see. To top it off the entire process is like 15 mins
