Dr. Birnbaum received her Doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2007. In addition to training at the Illinois Eye Institute, she has experience in primary eye care, ocular diseases, pediatric eye care, as well as pre- and post-operative care for LASIK and cataract procedures.
In her free time, Dr. Birnbaum enjoys baking and spending time with her husband and son.
