Dr. Kristian Mostert, O.D., experienced the life-changing benefits of LASIK firsthand in 2011, sparking his passion for eye care. After earning his Bachelor of Science at Brigham Young University, Dr. Mostert pursued his Doctor of Optometry at the renowned Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. His extensive clinical training includes rotations in Rock Hill, SC, and at the Joint Air Base in Charleston, SC, where he focused on primary care optometry.
Growing up in a military family, Dr. Mostert lived across the U.S. and abroad in England, Germany, and Japan, shaping his adaptable and patient-centered approach to care. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Mostert enjoys outdoor adventures with his girlfriend, including hiking and frisbee, as well as staying active through weightlifting. He’s also a food enthusiast who loves trying new recipes at home.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They do see many many patients a day and seems like we are kind of cycled through and can get behind, however I do feel like I had my fair share of time with the doctor and got all of my answers. They are all super friendly and it was a nice environment. Amazing results. There is a bit of discomfort 8/10 for about 5 mins in the operation room during prep...but it's worth the pain and discomfort to be able to see without glasses!! I'd do it again and I'd go there again. The best part is the guarantee for life!
