Dr. Hanisch is a 1992 graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry, Chicago, IL. She is dually licensed and has served both the Omaha and Eastern Iowa communities with expert eyecare for over 24 years. Her inspiration is Hollistic Medicine, coupled with her vast experience, allows her to provide her patients with compassionate and knowledgeable eyecare. Her belief in refractive surgery as a healthy alternative to glasses and contacts has broadened her love of her profession as an Optometrist. She is excited to introduce you to LASIK, a true gift of eyesight!
A native South Dakotan, Dr. Hanisch's greatest accomplishments has been raising her two amazing sons, Isaac and Samuel. She enjoys traveling with them and is active in the fitness and yoga community as well as her church at Lifegate Christian Church in Omaha. She has two companions, Ruby, a 12 year old lab and Lola a year old Yorkshire Terrier.
