Our affordable per eye pricing applies to patients with qualifying insurance coverage receiving LASIK for up to -1.00 diopter with up to -1.00 diopter of astigmatism, performed with the traditional excimer laser (Advantage Plan not available). For most patients, the price of LASIK at LasikPlus typically is between $1,099 to a little over $2,395 per eye, with patients paying no more for All-Laser, Custom LASIK with our LasikPlus Lifetime Advantage Plan than just over $2,400 per eye.
