I can see clearly now, the haze is gone
Dr. Awad and Dr. Minnich are top notch as are the staff at both the Maplegrove and Oakdale office! My consult and follow up appointments were with Dr. Minnich, she was so helpful, thorough and caring. Dr. Awad did the actually surgery, he was great, explained everything before and as it was happening helping ease any fear and appreciation I had. I did have a small post op issue with some inflammation, that happens occasionally and they and their staff went above and beyond, from a phone call from Dr. Minnich to Dr. Awad about it and then Dr Awad fitting me in during a lunch break to flush my eye was above and beyond, helping save me an extra 5 hour round trip drive. The procedure itself was fast and virtually painless (only a bit of pressure at times), the first 4 hours post op I slept like the recommended and woke up feeling and seeing great! The rest of my recovery has been going well. I am so glad I had the procedure done and even more happy that I went to LasikPlus in Maplegrove! I will and have recommended them to others! I wish I could remember the names of all the staff members so I could give them a shout out here too, they deserve it!
