Since 1998, Dr. Ellis has performed over 48,000 LASIK procedures making him one of the most experienced LASIK surgeons in the Midwest.
He became a part of the LasikPlus organization in 2006. He is well-known for his published research on corneal surgery and has lectured on LASIK surgery at various ophthalmology training programs. Dr. Ellis is a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners, board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, and a fellow in the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He has also been recognized by “Guide to America’s Top Ophthalmologists” and named American Medical Association’s “Most Recognized Physician” Award. Dr. Ellis understands that your vision is your most valuable asset and is honored to be your LASIK provider.

Dr. Ellis enjoys the outdoors, traveling, tennis, golf, skiing, and spending time with his family. He also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, the City Union Mission, and the Village Food Bank. He is also a longstanding volunteer with Eyecare America, which is an organization that provides general eye care to the poor.

Dr. Moore has been practicing optometry since 2001 exclusively within refractive surgery and has co-managed over 20,000 procedures, and has even had LASIK himself. Dr Moore also has a keen interest in research, and performs certification and research for sites undergoing pharmaceutical trials for Allergan, Genentech, and Glaukos.

Dr. Moore has two daughters, Sophia and Juliana, and they often travel and enjoy sightseeing. Dr Moore also enjoys basketball (Kansas Jayhawks), hockey, golf, tennis, scuba diving, and motorcycles.
