Will the Free LASIK Exam determine my candidacy?

Yes. Some LASIK clinics may offer a complimentary LASIK consultation but require that you pay $100 or more to actually meet with the doctor to discuss your options about laser vision correction. At LasikPlus, both your LASIK examination and consultation with one of our doctors are free. After the free Lasik vision exam you will know if you are a good candidate for Laser Vision Correction.

You will receive an extensive eye examination, including Bausch & Lomb Orbscan technology and other relevant tests to make sure you are an appropriate candidate for laser vision correction.

Your Free Lasik Exam Will Include:

• Thorough Ocular and Medical History Taken, as it Relates to Laser Vision Correction
• Past Spectacle Measurement
• Auto Refraction
• Manifest Refraction
• Corneal Thickness and Topography Measured using the Bausch & Lomb Orbscan
• Slit Lamp Examination
• A discussion with the LasikPlus doctor about the condition of your eyes and the status of your candidacy

In addition to what is listed above, some LasikPlus Centers will also offer a comprehensive dilated ocular exam, multiple refractive readings utilizing the Marco Epic system, CustomeVue wavefront measurements, and other relevant tests to perform your laser vision correction procedure, including the Advanced Eye Health Analysis

iii. The cost of a Traditional LASIK procedure with Lifetime in Fresno and Sacramento is $2099 per eye. The cost of a Traditional LASIK procedure with Lifetime in San Francisco and San Diego is $1999 per eye. No finance charges will be assessed if the amount in full is paid by the due date. If it is not, finance charges will be assessed on the purchase price from the date of purchase at a variable APR of 22.23% (as of May 1, 2008, subject to market changes). A minimum monthly payment of 3% of the balance is required and your payment for LASIK can be $90 per month for a  Traditional LASIK with Lifetime procedure.
