Elect to contribute the maximum to your FSA/HSA account in the 2012 plan year. Please note: Starting in 2013, FSA contributions may be reduced to half their current limit.
Schedule your LASIK treatment in beginning of 2012. The information we collect during your initial LASIK eye exam is good for 6 months.

To qualify for a free LASIK procedure, patients must be an active member with the Wounded Warrior Project. A screener needs to be completed and approved through the Wounded Warrior Project Organization.
