What is the LasikPlus Lifetime Satisfaction Plan?
At LasikPlus, our surgeons and staff are committed to you every step of the way. With the LasikPlus Lifetime Satisfaction Plan you can have the confidence your investment in better vision will be supported over your lifetime. With our vast network of centers across the United States, we will be available should you ever have any deterioration in your vision. Almost every patient treated at a LasikPlus Vision Center will be eligible to participate in the LasikPlus Lifetime Satisfaction Plan. The Lifetime Satisfaction Plan includes FREE enhancements for life, plus FREE unlimited post-op check-ups for one year.
If at any time during the duration of the Lifetime Satisfaction Plan, your vision drops below 20/40, or a comparable deterioration if you were not correctable to 20/20 at the time of treatment, you will be retreated at no additional cost, as long as you have met the requirements of the Lifetime Satisfaction Plan. Any changes in vision must be documented by your personal doctor prior to their returning to the laser center for evaluation.
In these very few instances when the desired correction is not achieved in the initial procedure, and the LasikPlus Vision Center medical team is confident that a second procedure is likely to improve the visual outcome, the patient will receive an enhancement at no additional cost

Who is eligible for the Lifetime Satisfaction Plan?
Nearly everyone is eligible for the LasikPlus Lifetime Satisfaction Plan. Only those individuals with the most extreme degrees of pathological myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism do not qualify. Eligibility for the LasikPlus Vision Center Lifetime Satisfaction Plan will be established at the time of the initial evaluation at one of our facilities. Lifetime Satisfaction Plan participants just need to have an annual eye exam with any independent eyecare doctor to maintain eligibility.
