From Central Phoenix:
- Take I-17 or SR 51 to Loop 101 E towards Scottsdale
- Exit Scottsdale Road and turn South/Right
- Turn left at the 4th stop light onto Frank Lloyd Wright. (Look for the FLW Tower, a large blue needle structure on this corner)
- At the first light turn Right on Promenade.
- Turn right before entering the garage. You’ll see our 4-story glass office building a couple of hundred yards ahead on the left (to the right of FatBurger)
From the West Valley:
- Take Loop 101 E/N towards Scottsdale
- Exit Scottsdale Road and turn South/Right
- Turn left at the 4th stop light onto Frank Lloyd Wright. (Look for the FLWTower, a large blue needle structure on this corner)
- At the first light turn Right on Promenade.

From the East Valley:
- Take 202 or 60 west to Loop 101 N toward Scottsdale.
- Exit on Frank Lloyd Wright and turn West/Left
- Turn left at the 4th stoplight onto Promenade
- Turn right before entering the garage. You’ll see our 4-story glass office building a couple of hundred yards ahead on the left (to the right of FatBurger)
From Scottsdale (South):
- Head north on Scottsdale Road. Turn Right at the light onto Frank Lloyd Wright (Look for the FLW tower, a large blue needle structure on this corner)
- At the first light turn Right on Promenade.

From Scottsdale (West):
- Head east on Bell Road. When approaching Scottsdale Rd. you will see the FLW tower on the right.
- Once crossing Scottsdale Road, Bell Road turns into Frank Lloyd Wright.
- At the first light (after crossing Scottsdale Road), turn Right on Promenade.
- Turn right before entering the garage. You’ll see our 4-story glass office building a couple of hundred yards ahead on the left (to the right of FatBurger)
