From Manhattan:
- Take I-495 East (Long Island Expressway)
- Take Exit 38, Northern Pkwy East/Meadowbrook
- Take Exit 31A, Meadowbrook Pkwy onto Meadowbrook Pkwy South (towards Jones Beach)
- Take Exit M1E, Old Country Road East onto Old Country Road
- Go about 1 mile and turn right (after the Source Mall) onto Korean War Veterans Memorial Drive/Merrick Avenue
- LasikPlus is down about half a mile on your right, just past Privado Road.
From Staten Island:
- Take 1-278 East (Brooklyn-Queens Expy) to I-495 East (Long Island Expy)
- Take Exit 38, Northern Parkway East/Meadowbrook
- Take Exit 31A, Meadowbrook Pkwy onto Meadowbrook Pkwy South (towards Jones Beach)
- Take Exit M1E, Old Country Road East onto Old Country Road
- Go about 1 mile and turn right (after the Source Mall) onto Korean War Veterans Memorial Drive/Merrick Avenue
- LasikPlus is down about half a mile on your right, just past Privado Road.
- Take the Southern State Pkwy West towards New York
- Take the Meadowbrook Pkwy N, via exit 22N towards Mineola
- Take the RT-24 exit M4 towards Uniondale/Hempstead
- Take the ramp towards Coliseum/Eisenhower Park
- Take the ramp towards Eisenhower Park. Merge onto Stewart Ave.
- Turn left onto Merrick Ave/Korean War Veterans Memorial Drive
- LasikPlus is just past Corporate Drive.
