iii. The cost of a Traditional LASIK procedure with Lifetime in Fresno and Sacramento is $2099 per eye. The cost of a Traditional LASIK procedure with Lifetime in San Francisco and San Diego is $1999 per eye. No finance charges will be assessed if the amount in full is paid by the due date. If it is not, finance charges will be assessed on the purchase price from the date of purchase at a variable APR of 22.23% (as of May 1, 2008, subject to market changes). A minimum monthly payment of 3% of the balance is required and your payment for LASIK can be $90 per month for a  Traditional LASIK with Lifetime procedure. FL Residents The patient and any other person responsible for payment has a right to refuse to pay, cancel payment or be reimbursed for payment for any service, examination or treatment that is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to the advertisement for the free, discounted fee or reduced fee service, examination or treatment.
