Dr. Gillian George has been taking care of patients in the field of optometry since 2004. She is focused on exceptional patient care and possesses a breadth of expertise in managing the diagnosis and treatment of eye-related disease, injury, and disorders to the visual system.
During her 4th year of optometry school, she completed externships through Omni Eye Services in Islin, NJ where she oversaw the care of patients with Glaucoma, as well as the pre- and post-operative care of patients undergoing Cataract and Refractive Surgery. She completed her second externship at the Vision Institute in Teaneck, NJ where she was responsible for the care of patients with Diabetic Retinopathy, Glaucoma, Ocular Surface Disease and Primary Care.
