Working in optometry since 2003
Dr. Weltman has been working in optometry since 2003 and joined LasikPlus in 2005.
She is very experienced in providing pre- and post-operative care for both corneal and lens based refractive procedures. For the last five years, she has trained new LasikPlus optometrists. Dr. Weltman has been recognized with the Outstanding Service Award and received the prestigious LasikPlus P.E.A.R.L. award in 2010 for Professionalism, Excellence, Achievement, Results and Leadership. Since 2009, Dr. Weltman has served as the Northeast representative on the Optometric Advisory Board for LasikPlus.
Dr. Weltman enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two sons, running, and watching the boys play sports.
