Center Directors are the local management for each of our vision centers and eye institutes. Center Directors are accountable for the vision center’s profit and loss, clinical and professional relations, while ensuring that patient care remains a priority. The Center Director works closely with the center’s surgeon, optometrist, staff, and colleagues throughout the company, to provide excellence in patient care while growing a profitable business operation.
Partner Network Managers are key members in the development of optometric affiliate network. Through targeted networking and communication, Partner Network Managers are responsible for growing local membership of affiliate practices by cultivating relationships between the Lasik Plus/Visium Eye Institute (VEI) vision centers and local network practices.
Optometrists in our organization endeavor to develop positive optometrist-patient relationships and educate patients as to their treatment options. The optometrist’s role is to evaluate patients for LASIK or other refractive surgery and make recommendations as to treatment options to the ophthalmologist. Post-operatively, the optometrist shall work together with the ophthalmologist so as to achieve the best possible outcomes for all patients. In our Visium Eye Institute locations, the optometrist may also be called upon to provide general optometric care to cataract patients and/or other ophthalmic surgery patients.
